I as the artist, have all rights to decline any commission I deem I cannot complete or I feel uncomfortable doing.

General Terms
➼ All prices in USD➼ NO REFUNDS AFTER PURCHASE.➼ All of my art / adopts are digital purchases and will be sent via email or toyhouse.➼ I will still hold rights to use the art as promotional material / portfolio purposes, but you will own the character you purchase.
Editing / Adjusting art
➼ Please do not edit / draw over my work without permission.➼ However, you make contact me if you would like to make edit/make adjustments to the work yourself, and I will give you permission.
None of my work can be used for AI / NFTs.

General Terms
➼ Prices are in USD➼ No refunds after purchase➼ Please credit me for the design I created. I would appreciate being credited in a place where people can see it if they need to find that information quickly.➼ You are allowed to resell the design you purchase.
➼You can only resell it for the price it is worth.
(for example: if you paid $50, and didn't get an extra art added on, then you can only resell for $50.)➼ You may edit any design(s) after purchase, but NOT the art directly. If you would like to edit the art, you must contact me to get permission.➼ I will hold rights to the art as promotional material, but the design will be owned by the buyer.➼ If you charge back on an adopt after purchasing, I will revoke your rights to owning the adopt and will resell it to someone else.
Commercial and Merchandise Fees
➼ If your design was purchased WITHOUT commercial usage, you cannot use it to make ANY kind of income. This includes: Vtuber, Game-characters, Merchandise, etc. NO INCOME SHOULD BE MADE FROM THE DESIGN.➼ Commercial fee may be paid at a later date.➼ If you use a design purchased from me to create income WITHOUT paying the fee, you will be blacklisted from purchasing any adopts, commissions or models in the future. I will also take any other actions as necessary.➼ Commercial usage only includes the design, not the art. If you want to use the art directly, please contact me directly for an extra fee.
Blacklisted clients are not allowed to purchase or claim any new designs made by me, but can keep any designs made they have previously purchased.I have the right to blacklist anyone from purchasing my adopts at any time.

Reason why
1. Juzsick is a well known scammer in the vtuber / art community and does charge backs + very obviously traced other artists arts and characters2. Bitesized wasted over a month my time on a character they had interest3. Enby bought a 1:1 replica of my main sona and refused to talk to me about it or make changes to the design
Do not sell and/or trade any designs to anyone on this blacklist.They have broken my TOS and are not allowed to own any more designs by me.

All credit for the custom character design and / or art must be given to me if it was made by me.If credit is not given, I will have to resort to DMing you on social media to deal with the issue in private.Failure to give credit even after the private DM will result in you being black-listed by me and you’ll be unable to commission me again afterwards.
